Jonathan P. Moody

Attorney

JP is a Savannah native who grew up working out in the southern heat at his family’s well-established local plumbing company before heading to law school in 2011. Though he retired the blue-collared job title over a decade ago, he has retained the dogged work ethic in his work as a personal injury attorney.

He came to the Casino Firm after spending six years working strictly on litigation cases at another local plaintiff’s firm, so he’s no stranger to the courtroom or strategic legal maneuvering needed before getting inside of one. His big presence and personality serve him well as a no-nonsense negotiator and advocate for his client’s rights.

JP’s wife, Lindy, is also a lawyer and Associate Judge on the municipal bench in Garden City, Georgia and Assistant State Court Judge in Chatham County, Bryan County, and occasionally Liberty County. The couple don’t have any children and have chosen to devote their lives to professional excellence and their one-eyed dog, Reggie. When not in a court room, you can find the two on a different kind of court chasing pickleball greatness at the Savannah Golf Club.
